Just a quick question, how does the the attribute work? I believe it’s a 75% block penetration if I maxed out the attribute.
Does this mean I can get away without investing on Dex for block penetration? (0 dex) Or Do I need to have a base dex before this 75% attribute kicks in.
I’m thinking of switching stats on chaplain depending on what this attribute does. If anyone could kindly explain it I’ll gladly appreciate it, Thanks!
