As the title says, I suggest having a window appear on ‘portals’ and Goddess Statues which will let you choose among the available channels for the next map. This should help avoid accidentally walking into portals, and will avoid the current dual loading of maps just to go to the channel you wanted.

Make the Goddess Statue on Orsha similar to the one in Klaipeda, omg imagine the difference between the 5x5 pixels on orsha’s statue compared to the whole statue of Klaipeda being clickable.
