Okay, so I was doing some quest’s with a friend last night, and we came
across a moment where the next area said “Channel is Full”.
However, the channel only had a population of “2 Circles”.
We were stuck here for about a minute and a half until we could finally enter.
After we entered the next zone only had a population of “1 Circle”
Hopefully by OBT/Final Release every map will have at least 10 Channels, not only because
of what happened in this video, but also for popular grinding spots later on too.
