Good day Forum users and maybe Good day to IMC/Developers.
I’m no Developer and i don’t want you to think i tell you what you could do better but there is something that bugged me and brought up some ideas in me that i think could be made for the classes and skills that are present in the game.
The Problem i see is that if you grow through your circles and classes that at a certain point older classes are left in the dust and are not viable to choose to progress through the game which is sad because the game allows for such a brought range of class variations that it would be cool that all class combos from old to new classes should work.
For Example lets say i choose to wish to go C3 swordsman C1 Hoplite C3 Corsair C1 Fencer All my skills would have such a low Base damage that i would be left into the dust because i would reach with 1 Skill a base damage of 1300 while Murmillo has skills with a base damage of 4000+. That of course is definitely better in the long run PvE and PvP wise.
Now my idea is to allow for a larger class variety lets say skill base damage is not high for example Bash reaches on skill level 15 300 base damage but because a sword needs Strength and dexterity to use it scales with both and your Stats Decide how strong the skills get in the long run and you can find a way to play your character through your stats. lets choose another example like Fencer and all his skills have a base damage on 15 300 aswell but a Rapier is mainly Dexterity bound and would greatly boost the damage of the skills by playing full dexterity and could be still chosen Even on a later rank so that all your skills have mostly the same base damage but are strengthened by your stats and lets say skills with stun blind etc have 200 and scale lower than damage stats because of those bonuses.
All in all what i like to say is have damage heal and debuff skills have certain base damage on the line and let those skills be Enhanced by the choice of playing certain stats to allow a larger range of Classes old and new to be played.
I know this game is designed the way it was envisioned but maybe for future projects this might be an idea.
