Anyone know how tis Will be inplemented? All custom enchants Will change or the actual enchants Will be useless?

No.
They forgot about them.
Basically it’s now a complete waste to do awakens on weapons as it wastes potential.
are you sure about the new maxium of hp recovery? i had a headgear with 42 magic amp and 56 hp recovery.
Values changed to 126 magic amp and still 56 hp recovery.
HP/SP recovery definitely did not change.
