Honestly, this game would be perfect if these damn enchant scrolls didnt exist, its just like dungeon fighter cash grabs to me. However if you let players generate 3 more tp then honestly it will be viable for the players willing to put the massive work into getting that many scrolls over time or spend the TP to buy it. Especially with the western audience that isnt going to buy too many of these scrolls, I think this is the best option, or something along these lines as the current system for enchant scrolls is very “p2w” and will only become more prominent as the game ages further

the headgear stats may look good now but after lv200 it will be hardly noticeable, and at max lvl600, it’s completely obsolete.

Any amount of stat increases that you get through paid services is pay to win. It does not matter how small.
A character who gets accuracy and crit chance stats would need to put less points in Dex, or at the very least helps a full STR character stay full STR without worrying about accuracy as much, compared to a player who did not have such headgear for example.
Much like using the gems to put into equipment, every little bit helps, no matter how “insignificant” you think it is by the end, it all adds up.
i know it’s hard to see now… but time will tell.
I’ve asked a number of lv260+ streamers and they universally agree that the minor stats have no influence in late game. That said, I do agree that hat stats oculd lead people into thinking it’s p2w when it’s really just convenience for leveling alts.
It does not matter what the streamers say though. It is what it is.
You start accepting this, they’ll push more pay to win into the cash shop. Better to fix it now before its too late. Gotta show that these things are not acceptable.

But actually reducing the costs to 5 TP would be a fine move. They can still sell for those who do not want to wait.
Or 6 so that you can use your TPs daily with discount.
Sidenote: In the end you can have 3 headgears and those scrolls are supposed to drop from dungeons by little chance. This way you even have something later on that you can find except mindless exp.
