A player who has an average latency of 20 milliseconds will do much more damage than someone with 100 milliseconds with an auto-attack. A minority, a non-insignificant minority, of players will have such a low latency who live close to the data-center. This gives a small amount of players a very large & unfair advantage. Considering that many classes rely on auto-attack, a remediation to this issue should be prioritized. Is there a way to change the mechanics and/or implementation of auto-attack to remove that disadvantage and level the playing field?
