Only +15 and above. That clip was in KR extend test using same game version on here. Some of my friend at here have +15 and it have the same white ish glow.
+15 and above? I always thought that +15 was the maximum.

Ok I just test it, Higher + seem to be more white/red glow for sword I have.
So far sword and staff I have test on glow white at +15 and red at +16. I canāt confirm but maybe different weapon will have a different color? And I guess at very high + itāll be very bright?

have you tried to press F12 when you play? and then check TreeOfSavior\release\avicapture folder.

Potentia is actually cheap to try this, and i did break about 25 of them, i thought that after +19 the color would change, but that wasnāt true
well, my sword broke when i tried to go from +28 to +29, and so far, the color seemed to be the same as the +20
