Hi, I just need a bit more information.
When did the issue occur?
Have you had any problems since then?
Did the channel crash and everyone had to reenter?
And your server is Varena correct?
The issue occurred on 20/01/2018 , 10:12am (Server Time )
-This is a first for us
-We did 2nd Challenge Mode Run on a new character and new portal with no issues
-Oddly the channel didn’t crash ( Meaning Channel 1 was accessible straight away). We could go back to
Channel 1 immediately and attempt to reconnect. Just no mobs spawn
-We checked the entire map
-Yes , Server is Varena
