Hi @STAFF_Amy, I’m not trying to take advantage about this situation, but i have 2 characters with this problem and more than 3 day’s. Only 1 voucher i think it is not a solution and less a compensation.
My two character’s with the problem are Kaori and Shiny if you need check.
Another day without Challenge Mode, Thx IMC.
I can reset the cooldown of 1 character. But the other days without CM and my character with the problem are dust in the wind?
Could they solve the problem? this person is not able to do challenge mode like everyone else on the server, did they really give him that compensation? really imc?

Hello @jocycarreno! Just so I can clarify the situation, you have two characters with the Challenge Mode problem and when you used the voucher on one character the problem was solved. However, the other character still has the issue.
For the character that you used the voucher on – there have been no further problems?
Also, for anyone else facing this issue, please make sure to send in a Support Ticket. Our QA team is looking into it.
exactly i use the reset voucher that @STAFF_Amy send me, with this i reset the cooldown of “Shiny”, but in my tickets i say that i have 2 characters with the problem. All this days my other character “Kaori” can’t enter on challenge mode. In the character that i used the voucher i don’t have problems.

Don’t worry it only has like 3 days of timer.
