End challenge bug for 2 days already (since 20th Feb maintenance)

I sent Ticket 3 days ago and only get some canned answer.

It’s been day5 for this bug, I cant test my damage for CM and losing my TOKEN vip time for nothing. I mainly return for this and this bug just wasting all my time and money

Hm? The Support Team received your ticket and compensation was sent to your character via GM message. Even after using the CM one entry voucher you are still having problems?

I have 2 characters experiencing the same problem but only 1 voucher? or do i need to submit another ticket again? i should have mentioned that i have multi character with the bugged CD problem

I don’t see a support ticket from you about this particular issue. Could you please send another one with an image showing that your character is unable to enter CM because of the debuff.
