Hey guys, what skills goes through bloodletting ! so far I know:
- Frost pillar > yes
- Raise > yes
- Gravity pole > yes
- Magnetic force > yes
- Iron hook > yes
- Telepath > ?
- Impale > ?
- Arrest > ?

Everything but telepath can be negated by bloodleting
This is untrue.
From the list provided:
Frost Pillar > The pull is not prevented, hard CC.
Raise > Once again, hard CC, cannot be resisted.
Gravity Pole > Once again, hard CC, cannot be resisted.
Magnetic Force > Only to the Stun part of the skill.
Iron Hook > Level 10 debuff, cannot be resisted. The Stun portion can.
Telepath > Level 10 debuff, cannot be resisted.
Impale > Level 1 debuff, can be resisted.
Arrest > Level 1 debuff, can be resisted.

Huh arrest isn’t lvl 10 though. It can be resisted, and I believe it’s a rank 1 debuff. Otherwise I’d be working on a squire c3 right now for arrest 15 to CC 16 people at once in GvG.
You’re right, I had to re-reference vyne’s PDF. I was under the impression it was the same as Iron Hook. Thanks for correcting.
