Doing my math i got the results implying that 4 months between icbt 1 and 2, means 4 months between icbt 1 and 2, and nothing is related to anything else.

It should give some idea of how long those translations are being processed.
With new maps and quests, you can probably expect 2 months. As the Devs are still focus with other versions, most likely another 2 months down the road, they will come back for another month of code merge.

Unless you expect no change, but that defeats the purpose of “testing”. They can also have Pre-Order to support the development. But the Test server can be very empty, no one to find for dungeons.
