can cataphract use 2hd sword instead of spear ?

yes cataphract an use 2hand sword

but you cant use most cataphact skills with 2 hand swords

yes they can how ever the skills that requires a Singlehand spear or 2hand spear will not work. However you may use the skills that requires 2 hand swords
