Considering this is to be an international community, I think it would be nice for people who use English as a 2nd language to have somewhere to chat with other people in their own language.
Doesn’t have to be every single language, just determine where the majority of site visitors are coming from and make a few “General Discussion” or “Community” categories for the more popular languages.
