Donāt use that attribute, itās useless. It increases cooldown by a lot. Your spin already push back, and if you want stun thereās restrain.
You know what I love the most as cata? Opponent that goes full INT or full STR
^it raises cd!!? Sigh. I only got lvl 5 restrain coz I am a shielded catagoon. Maybe I should just stay stun attri in lvl 1. How long is the cd increase in level 5?
And. Do I really need high dex? Currently I have 130. Distributed 99. Need more? Or str is better now?

I have 400 STR 90 CON 100 DEX at level 255. In PvP I only lose to cryo-warlock and fletcher (not like anyone can beat them lol)
You donāt really need DEX for PvP. You will miss archers but you pretty much kill everyone else
But right now rush still not give 70% resistance yet

Even if high evade, it cap at 80%. 4-6 hits from rush still kill them, and rush got 30 hits total. Rush stun them even if evaded.
archer must use the barrel or fly with bird, so might as well build some con and be better at surviving wiz anyway.
the rush stun attribute?..seems lame thouā¦+18 sec cd for rush lolā¦i think restrain is enough? Rush already has 50sec cdā¦dont need another 18 secs on it lol

My sw2 appreciate the rush stun attribute. I won more often with it on than off.
But i am also doppel, so i am not completely dependant on rush.
I suppose sw3 dont really need it.
its not worth using it at all because of the +18 sec cd lol but i am swordmans c3
dont forget to get the restrain gem alsoā¦+1 lvl 
Even with level 5 restrain it is still better than that attribute (30% vs 5%)

The two stuns dont replace each other. Each of them have its own chance to trigger.
It is just extra cd vs 5% stun.
What i notice with it on or off for me is if on, the stun happen earlier to let me interrupt faster. Especially against target that can fight back. I had archer able to broadhead arrow me in middle of rush with it off. So i always keep it on now.
Itās diminishing return, so 3.5% actually. I wouldnāt trade that for 18s cooldown.
If archer can broadhead you in the middle of it, it means they have good ping and you donāt
Then even more reason for me to use it. 18 sec cd for a good ping archer not able to fight back.

lolā¦people have restrain lvl 12 its the whole reason they have 60% stunā¦@.@
