How viable is Cataphract without the mount? To be honest, I’d love a 2h spear class, but I really don’t want to use a mount for it =( any suggestions on what to do or rather what class can wield the 2h spear without having its abilities limited?

The 2h spear attribute is a Cataphract only attribute atm, so unless you want to waste a rank in Cataphract only for the attribute and use Hoplite instead there’s no way.
Perhaps once Dragoon is out.

Cataphract is an actual two handed spear class though, so don’t know what you’re whinging about.
I’m whining because I want a 2h spear class without having to use a mount to maximize its abilities. Just me being picky really lol also I don’t really like how any of the current mounts look xD
Guard are use 2H -spear .
I’m assuming you’re talking about Peltasta, but that’s no good…a lot of the skills for that class are shield reliant

I agree with this. Cataphract skill also hard to mix with other class because some other class skill can’t use on mount.
example if that dragoon jump in clip can’t use on mount too.
