Cataphract Trot Speed Timer Not Sync

Rank 3 Cataphract Max Lvl 15 Trot 50 Second CD/ 50Second Duration BUGGED 5-6second duration time lost to cooldown.

Bug Description :
When using Rank 3 Buff “Trot” it allows 50second duration of +20 movement speed. However the (50 second duration) of the +20 movement speed and (50 second cooldown) of Trot is out of sync. The 50 second duration runs out quicker than the cooldown. How is this possible? Is this bugged? The time gap between duration and cooldown is off by 5-6 seconds. Is this intended or is Trot timer bugged? The idea of having max Trot duration tied to cooldown is what makes the cataphract great. Please fix.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Use Lv15 Trot.
2. 50 Second Duration of Trot to 50 Second Cooldown
3. Notice Duration runs faster than cooldown.
4. 5-6seconds of Trot is lost while still on cooldown.
   Therefore, Trot is not on a 50second duration. Please fix this bug.

Please notice the time difference. Cooldown skill duration to my Trot duration buff under status info at the top left UI. I have 1 second left in Trot while duration of Cooldown does not match the timer of my buff.

I have more screenshots if need more evidence, but Im only able to apply 1 screenshot.
