Completely broken… 
Seriously?
This skill worked fine last night. Now when I try to use it my character will charge and then simply not complete the ability. It will remain in a ‘charging’ state forever when I release the button to use it. You can’t rest, you can’t attack, you can’t cancel it anyway, you are completely stuck. Zoning fixes it, but attempting to use the skill again immediately breaks your character until you zone/channel swap. Luckily it’s a pretty useless skill already, but having an ability not only totally broken that was working, but that completely disables your character without zoning… just yeah… wow.
