Cataphract Steed Charge range, does leveling it up increase range?

I think nope, the video shows good animation and longer, I tried using galin trident it does not show any additional range, but the skill is quite good you can use it to get out of traps.

No, it does not, also it is the weakest of all cataphract skills and there is no reason to have any other skill level besides 0 or 1
