Cataphract Skill "Impaler" Can stuck players inside buildings on PvP

Bug Description The Cataphract Skill Impaler can stuck players inside buildings and walls.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Duel with someone as a Cataphract
2. Use the Skill Impaler on the Enemy
3. Bring him/her to a Building or a Wall
4. Smash the opponent with violence, making him fuse with the Building
