Cataphract Questions Impaler, shinobi-meshing

Hi I had a few questions, wondering if anyone could answer.

  • Can you still animation cancel impaler? I heard that’s the reason it was good, I don’t really want to level it if it’s trash now.
  • Does Shinobi not mesh well with Cata? What prevents you from using mounted skills in conjunction with Shinobi’s skills?
