The bar on this skill says Full Charge well before teh skill is fully charged, or at least while the numbers are counting up. Damage seems to reflect this as well, as waiting a while after the bar is full tends to hit much harder. Pretty sure this isn’t just me.

This happened to me the past few days. Sometimes the bar charges correctly, but others the skill level starts counting from Lv1 only after the bar is completely charged. Also, when the charging happens incorrectly, the time it takes to go from Lv1 from Lv15 presents some time variations (1~3 seconds).
