and should i build swordman > peltasta > hopitle > cataphract c3 > dragoon or swordman c2 > peltasta > cataphract > dragoon? which the best one?

Go sw pelt hop cata3 goon.
Get a shield and tank. U will lv faster and be more usful in party

Sword Pelt Hop Cata3 Goon is the standard all-around build and the easiest to level up and get a slot in parties as tank/taunter as @paulbohphoto have said.
Sword3 is for 1:1 PVP, not much of a DPS in GvG or group PVP compared to archers and mages but more of a CC/support.
Sword2 Hop is a PVP, semi-PVE variation.
But can it tank ET for example?

Yes it can as long if u have high con, a decent party combi for the hp/def/block buff.
And u have high speed to easily kite the mobs.

Is the best for me. Pelta for shield, hoptile for a good rotation skills + buff, cata for mobility+aoe and dragoon for dps.
