i see a lot of people going for cataphract towards dragoon, but you can’t use dragoon skills while mounted, and you can’t use cataphract skills when not mounted, so what’s the deal? or was that fixed already?

your reference is from 3 months ago, now all the dragoon skills are compatible with cata mounted
took abit of digging, but i found one atleast
