I wanted to create a Cataphract. My current plan is to go SwordmanC3 and CataphractC3 - and maybe Lancer in the end.
I am mostly interested in PvM not in PvP. So far I skilled 20 Con and 15 Spr with Level 25. My plan is to go for Dex or Str now. I am rather a noob (started 1 or 1,5 weeks a go). What stat is better Str for Critical Attack and Damage or Dex for Evasion, Hit Rate and Crit Chance? Or should I mix the stats?

Physical melee type of damage tends to build high/full DEX, damage comes from skill (most of) and Weapons, DEX provides crit rate, so, just think about it, if an attack deals 10k damage, without count stats points, and you have two options, 700 STR or 400 DEX.
700 STR will increase 700 physical damage (10000 +700 = 10700), and 700 crit damage (21400 + 700 = 22100) Critical.
Crit chance = 5%
400 DEX will increase 0 physical damage (10000 + 0 = 10000), and 0 crit damage ( 20000 + 0 = 20000) Critical.
Crit chance = 50%
New players have 
equips and skills, so they usually tends to put some point in STR, so they can see their numbers increase, but it’s only an illusion.
