Having doubts here.
Is it possible to use cyclone while mounted? If it is, isnt it worth it to take doppel c1 instead of cata c3? Does Rush is that good to not be worth to take doppel c1?

You can not use cyclone while mounted, rush is pretty good especially now with the 50s CD.
