I’ll start playing the game at 10/27, but I’m curious about the cast time. In some MMOs, the Archer type-class has instant cast in almost all skills, giving the liberty of moving ant attacking a lot.
In ToS, however, it seems it’s not the case for what I read and saw. In general, would you say that Archer has to cast skills almost as Wizard has to or there is a considerable difference between then?

Edit: both have insta skills and castable skills. If you want to know which one has how many, which class excels at which - again do your damn homework.
Well, I didn’t find any topic talking about this. And for what I saw in some videos, Archer seems as caster as a Wizard, except a couple of skills. I’d like to hear some opinions from who played one or even the two classes.

Well, I got it now.
It is far from it, the only reason you could of thought so was people charging up multi shot ( whose cast time is now cut in half if you buy an attribute for it ), or people sitting down using kneeling shot.
Frankly you won’t see it that much on wizards either unless people want to die while casting for 8 seconds straight.
People learned a lot after the previous betas and much more efficient/flexible builds are made to accomodate the need to stay mobile.
In some mmos archers aren’t mobile at all so not exactly sure as to what you ment.
Yeah, you’re right. I was mainly thinking WoW and other that I played that Archers had very few skills with cast time.

@lucas_angeli_94 you can try watching the videos of each skill here http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/ see their times and calculate which one fit your best 
I think it depends. Some are pretty difficult (eg. understanding attributes), but some are very obvious, as it states on the skill simulator. And I disagree that he did search or read other posts at first related on this topic. If he is posting on the “Class and Rank” section, he probably reads some of the “how is my build” posts, and visit some of the skills before to compare both Archer and Wizard, but I feel this is not the case for him.
I just wanna say that a lot of the videos in tosbase is outdated and doesn’t show the actual cast time of those skills. Watching recent videos in YT will help you more, albeit harder to find.
That’s why instead I provide education, wisdom is just one search button use away.
