Cast spell on locked target?

I’m currently playing a Wizard with the keyboard setup. I like it for 90% of the game so far, but when I need to cast AOE it’s a huge pain moving the cursor every time and sometimes I miss.

Is there a way to instantly cast AOE on top of the target you’ve currently got highlighted?
