I’ll say it fast for all (who not finish the quest) : Klaipedia Server 09:51 AM to 09:56 AM (on Top-Right Corner)

The pillar appears every 2 hours and 5 minutes… if there is someone PERMANENTLY on the channel. If not, it just appears 2 hours after you enter the channel. Time is not fixed.
