Bug Description :
A long well known Dievdirbys’ bug for carving Laima skill which the skill hasn’t reduced cool down of any skills unless using some skill like carving Zemyna.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- cast Statue of Goddess Laima
- use any skill and the cool down will be at normal not reduced like it should be.
