Skill at level 15 takes 7.5 secs to cast, isn’t that ■■■■■■ up? I think it should be max 2 secs man.
Yeah, just a heads up that it’s a charge bar cast, so you can let go of it at any point for lower levels of cartar stroke.
There are a few skills like that and people tend to only put a few points in for that reason. But still pointless to make it so that it takes so long if a majority of people will just end up putting less points in it for that reason.
shouldn’t they fix this?
It’s not really a bug but more of an intended mechanic.
