Wanted to ask, raising the level of skill should result in reduced speed cast !?Just at 10th level, he has 5 seconds,at 15 lvl would it be a 7.5s cast timer?Just saw a video in which people for half a second gave the Cartar above level 5!
Where’s the video. If it’s something from the last closed beta, then that means it was probably changed for this one.

Im just curious,description of the skill says that casting time is 0.5 sec and increasing the skill level does not show an increase in cast time.
i’ve created an board too to ask this, and yes, before it was the same cast 1-15, but they nerfed hard, now lvl 15 its 7.5 :lantern:
