if I understood correctly you cant use reset even when removing all things from character…

Well usually the most common cause of this is Weapon Swap Attribute registering a second weapon in a slot you don’t have anymone…

To fix this go to the nearest Class master npc of your build and get the weapon swap attribute and make sure both slots are empty…

Should unlock any and all costumes/etc too.

I’m not sure if it’s still the case, but rank reset can also fail if you’re in a party.
