Bug Description :
A captured Raise (Psychokino) is able to CC boss, i’m not really sure that it’s intended so i’m posting it here just in case.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Cast Raise with a Psychokino
- Steal it with Capture
- Release it on a boss
