Can't worship Zemyna statue in Lemprasa pond

I finished the quest from settler Dallanas, to worship Zemyna statue in Lemprasa pond, but i didn’t get the bonus stat point.

I tried to interact with the statue again but nothing happened.

Is it bug or intended?

Bug. If you leave the map before you complete the quest, the flag is reset and the statue doesn’t count as being triggered. You need to do all Lemprasa Pond quests in a go.
