I cant get my TP for almost 2 weeks now, I already sent a ticket but still nothing was done, I even purchase more TP because some people said it was ‘‘RNG’’ base and turns up it rly is… i got my ‘‘new’’ 300TP but the old 100TP i bought is still stuck, will i ever get my TP??
In moments like that I’ve taken my complaints with Steam. If the TP is unredeemed, Steam can issue a refund. They tend to act and respond faster too.
