Can't use skills

Bug Description :
After a game crash due to sudden black-out, I logged in the game and found that all of my characters can’t use “skill”. I can jump, attack, do every function except use skills. I verified game cache a thousand times and eventually reinstalled the game, but it’s no use. I have no idea how to resolve this “error”.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard

Just encountered this bug as well, exact same situation exactly as described.

Well I always have to resolve ingame problems by myself so my friend, my suggestion is “clean” reinstall the game. Deleting game folder after uninstalling it, and redownloading. That’s how I solved this error. Hope it works.
