When I try to use the voucher, I get the item quest from the necro 3 quest and the error code “Lock”. I’ve tried abandoning the quest but when I select the voucher the quest comes back.
All the costumes have been unlocked. I’m guessing it’s the item from the quest that can’t be deleted.
I had chosen the Advancement Class quest before using the voucher.
Double check the items to see if they aren’t locked, the game is bugged as hell for a long time on the lock system, sometimes you click in the item it looks like unlocked but it is locked actually.

yea, i locked my costumes b4 rank resetting, same issue here. unlock your costumes
I’ve just done this, double checked my items again… My guess is that the item from the quest which I can’t cancel is somehow not allowing me to reset.
I’m going to do this quest and return with results.
You are trying to reset with a advancement quest open?
If that is the case then yes, that is the issue, finish the quest first then try again.

Yes, that advanced quest was the issue. Finally finished it and was able to reset. (I wanted to try the skeletons from c3, though they suck)

I was getting error code:Locked and error code:LogSave when using the rank reset voucher.
This should be added to the Rank reset voucher requirements. I have the same issue. I’ll be going to do my advancement quest now… -_-
