Can't use Rank Reset Voucher (Bug Error 543 : Rank Reset Voucher)

Date and Time(Please, specify the timezone) : 21/05/2017

Team Name: Sai4onyang

Character Name: Zylvi

Bug Description : “There is no response from the data. Please try again later. Error code 543”

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Talk Reset Helper Kupole before next round
  2. Receive items
  3. Use Rank Reset Voucher

Did you check if you had any locked costumes?

Thanks for your report for rank reset voucher.
before the rank reset, to use the Voucher, you must unequip all items.
The Rank Reset Voucher can only be used inside the cities of Klaipeda, Orsha and Fedimian.
Please try to restart the game and use the voucher
if you still have for this error code, kindly inform to us

.. realy!? you cant be more useless? you are blind or something? in the picture its clear that the caracter its on Fedimian and DONT HAVE ANYTHING ON. realy this post its no my business but im annoyed by that Staff reply this is a Staff member or a impostor? cant be so useless… realy… im woried about a game with this kind of staff member that the post show clearly that have all permisions to make the rank reset but u reply “Unequip all items, and stay on a city” where can i send my CV? because if a Staff Member of IMC make a reply so Mechanic to this, then will be so easy to enter on IMC .. damm…

please back this character to before date (21/05/2017) if possible.

Btw, could you check your class tree for your ‘Zylvi’ character ?

  1. before the rank reset -> what was your class tree?
  2. have your character advance to ’ Elementalist’ during this rank reset event?
  3. or if you already advanced into ’ Elementalist’ , let us know that
