Bug Description : Used Class EXP Recovery Card [2nd] before Class EXP Recovery Card [1st], now can’t use Class EXP Recovery Card [1st] or Class EXP Recovery Card [Last]
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Stop playing the game for a year and a half.
- Have your Class Level reset by Management in the time you are away.
- Return to the game.
- Consume Class EXP Recovery Card [2nd] before Class EXP Recovery Card [1st]
I searched the forums for this same issue and from what I have read I know that management deletes the: Class EXP Recovery Card [1st]. I did not know the cards had to be consumed in a specific order and I know the issue is definitely with the order that I consumed the cards because I have a second character on the same account and when I retrieved the Class EXP Recovery Card for the 2nd character, (after I screwed up the consumption order on the 1st character) I consumed the cards in the correct order on my 2nd character.
I submitted a ticket requesting that my Class Level be reset to the base class and please reissue the Class EXP Recovery Cards but I want to know will management fulfill my request?
