Skill is gone in TBL besides wtf is this skill even, it sucks this should be passive

yea this skill is super weird…
instead of being an “Passive” always-on skill until u switch between weapons on the fly(For ex:Cannon/musket)
its like u need to activate this skill for every map, every dungeon run even if you are using only 1 weapon, all Arque skills are disabled on start.
