idk if im doing something wrong but i cant seem to uprade my swordman to c2. class already 15 and base lvl is 18. can someone help me?

Please, elaborate your problem.
For class change, you click on the advancement icon on the upper right side of the screen, you choose the class you want to become for the next rank.
Afterwards, a quest will appear to change class.
