Bug Description :
It seems that I Can’t trigger the Appraiser Master related dialogues on either the Fencer Master (Forest of Prayer) or Accessory Merchant Jurus (Orsha) after using the Rank Reset Voucher. I have already tried talking to the Fencer Master for about an hour now, and nothing. Also tried my luck with the Accessory Merchant Jurus, nothing.
I have already done the Crystal Mines main quest line way before as I’m doing this on my character who I used Rank Reset Voucher on. My characters currently level 330 and rank 5 class level 15.
Anyone who have used Rank Reset Vouchers and currently taking the Appraiser Quest. Have you encountered any trouble from doing the first step of triggering the quest?
