Bug Description :
Completely reinstalled the game, exchanged a velcoffer shield for a velcoffer pistol, and can’t proceed with transcending it. There’s nothing in here (below) that says exchanged velcoffer items can’t be transcended, unless i missed something.

Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Talk to blacksmith (have tried both klaipeda and orsha), chose transcend item option.
- Transcending window pops-up.
- Tried to put velcoffer pistol on the slot.
- A message from the npc appears, but too quickly - so quick that i can’t read it at all, and i can’t transcend my velcoffer pistol. I can transcend my other equips though.
