Cant talk to Bishop Aurelius

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Mouse, Keyboard

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : NPC (Bishop Aurelius) is located in Sanctuary, Quest: “Adaption to Circumstances Area: Grand Corridor, Talk to Bishop Aurelius”

Bug Description :
Theres a yellow flag marker in the Grand Corridor on top of the warp to the Sanctuary which wont update when I enter the warp. The Bishop Aurelius Ghost NPC is located in the Sanctuary but the flag wont appear above his head and I cant talk to him at all. Neither with mouse nor with keyboard control mode. My char is actually lvl 157 and its a 145 quest, so that cant be the issue.

edit: thats my 2nd char now and the quest worked fine for the first one

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. the problem is there since a few days now, relogging and all wont help or solve it

Use the book Bishop gave you to summon him and advance. Read the quests more carefully from now on.

thats not my problem…

I already read the book earlier which allowed me to talk to his spirit. I got 3 of mavens keys now and my journals says: “You’ve obtained the third key. Talk to Bishop Aurelius Again” which does not work ( <— my problem)

reading the book again doesnt change anything about it

quest states on which map you have to talk to him. try to backtrack and use the book on the map that is shown in quest summary.

ya, It worked now, but its a really poor quest description which should be changed >_>

Try checking the sequence of the quest. If it will not work, post a screenshot of the problem you’re encountering.
