my bro have problem take tp purchase in game. he just make purchase but cant take the TP in game tp still there in TP box icon on right screen in game, but cant required it. keep making crash.

I have the same issue. My TP Bundle is there but everytime I try to retrieve it I get disconnected. It has been like this for the last 24 hours.
I have sent 5 support tickets already. I hope they fix it soon. D:
Would like to bump this particular bug up for the staff’s attention. Bought a 300 TP bundle (SEA) from steam and game disconnects me when trying to retrieve them. Sent 2 tickets so far to no avail. Hope you guys will look into it!

Same bug here, bought a 900 TP bundle on SA and the game throw me back to server select screen everytime I try to retrieve.
Doing a weekday bump for the bug again since I believe IMC takes breaks on weekends. Sent 3 support tickets and the bug remains unresolved since last friday when I purchased the TP.

Try using a different PC to take the TP, i change PC and everything solved. Might be messed up by addons
Aha! U have the point! Will try uninstalling all add ons and give a try. Will update if that works
NO luck, Tried removing all add ons and click on the TP button near the map but didnt work. Any other suggestion?
