Can't start the game problem Xaudio2_7.dll and d3dx9_43.dll

Bonjour from France,

I want start to play Tree Of savior but i have many probleme to launch the game.

Two error appear :

Xaudio2_7.dll error : 0x000012f.

and d3dx9_43.dll error : 0x000012f.

i have try to unistall and instal all microsoft visual c++
and all the game, but nothing change

Can you help me to find a solution ??

Sounds like a problem with DirectX 9. Try to reinstall it.

Here is the response from support, who see me again to a link that talks about an option in the game to modify, except, I have not yet been able to start the game because it hangs during installation.
