I am trying to start a quest from Lord’s Guard (yes, right to Lord Orsha) and he doesnt have any quest for me.
Tried relogging, tried equipping and unequipping priest costume…nothing works…
Can someone help please?..

I am talking to the right NPC with met prereqs and he says THE LORD IS EXTREMELY BUSY yada yada. ■■■■ this game
He is not going to give you some quest, you just keep talking to him until you start getting a chat where he talks about the chaplain master, then you go on with the guide.
It took me like 100 clicks to trigger it. For future reference you only need priest c3 to trigger it. You don’t need to be class level 15. The pre-quest will enable chaplain to appear on the class list ONCE you hit class level 15. I did the pre-quest at class level 1 priest 3.
i triggered those on my mage at level 50-ish (at least guard near klaipeda and priest quickly told me where chaplain is). But thats just me talking with all the NPCs all the time.
Try talking to the second chaplain quest npc near klaipeda and then go back to the guard. Maybe it was a coincidence, but it helped me.
