Can't set up a new refreshment table after the last one expired with Basecamp

Bug Description :
My Basecamp expired so I set up a new one. Afterwards I wanted to set up a new Refreshment Table but the game won’t allow me to.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Build base camp
2. build Refreshment Table
3. fill it with cooking items
4. wait for the base camp to expire
5. Build a new Basecamp
6. try to set up a new Refreshment Table

Solved the issue by building a new basecamp at exact the same map and exact same channel as the first basecamp (just in case someone else has the same issue and needs a quick resolve).

However, one shouldn’t be forced to rebuild it at the same spot as before just to make a new refreshment table.
